ABSTRACT
O presente estudo tem como objetivo a elaboração de um instrumento de avaliação da qualidade de vida no trabalho baseado no lazer. Direcionado, principalmente, a indivíduos vinculados ao ambiente produtivo, o instrumento fundamenta-se nas categorias do tempo livre presentes na teoria de Norbert Elias. As questões que o compõe são balizadas em aspectos pertinentes às esferas fisiológica, psicológica e sociológica. Inicialmente, procedeu-se uma aplicação piloto para a validação do instrumento. Todos os colaboradores da empresa "teste" foram respondentes do questionário. A partir dos resultados da aplicação, com base no coeficiente alfa de Cronbach, obteve-se a validação do instrumento. Os valores de alfa obtidos no teste e reteste, 0,80 e 0,83, respectivamente, garantem alta consistência interna do instrumento. Foi constatado com a aplicação do instrumento que o mesmo apresenta características psicométricas satisfatórias, fácil preenchimento e que para a sua tabulação não é necessário o software SPSS.
This paper objectifies de development of an instrument to evaluate quality of life based on leisure. Mainly directed to individuals connected to the productive environment, the developed instrument is based on free time categories present in the Norbert Elias´s theory. The items that compose the instrument rely on relevant aspects belonging to the physiological, psychological and sociological spheres. Initially, a pilot application to validate the instrument was carried out. All the employees from the "test" company answered the questionnaire. From the results of the application and, based on Cronbach's alpha coefficient, the validation of the developed instrument was obtained. The Cronbach´s alpha obtained on test (0,80) and re-test (0,83) guarantee high internal consistence for the instrument. It was verified through the application of the instrument that it presents satisfactory psychometric proprieties, easy to fill out and not requiring the use of SPSS syntax.
